PSEO Return Instructions
All spring term 2024 PSEO materials are due back by Friday, May 17, 2024 by 4:00 p.m.
You will NOT receive any money for your books being returned. All materials must be returned, including loose-leaf materials, coursepacks, access codes, and kits.
PSEO materials should be returned IN PERSON to insure accuracy. Materials may be returned between the hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday-Friday, through May 17, 2024.
The things you will need:
1. Bring back ALL items you received from the Bookstore. If you have any questions about what items you borrowed, you may contact us at [email protected]. Items that must be returned:
a. Textbooks, including all loose-leaf textbooks
b. Access Codes
c. Coursepacks
d. Kits & Sets
e. Scrubs
f. Anything else you borrowed from the Bookstore using PSEO funds.
When in doubt, return everything!
2. Your student ID card OR another picture ID. You will need to know your student ID number. If someone is returning your materials for you, you will need to contact the Bookstore at [email protected] to make arrangements. They will need to know your name and student number.
The Process:
1. Bring your books in a bag or box to the Bookstore. Don't forget a picture ID as well.
2. Notify the staff member that you are a PSEO student and are returning your fall term PSEO materials.
3. The staff member will take the items, check them in, and notify you if anything is missing. Please wait until they have checked in your materials before leaving.
DO NOT SELL YOUR BOOKS AT BUYBACK OR YOUR RETURN WILL BE TREATED AS A NON-RETURNED BOOK AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A NON-RETURNED ITEM.
If you are unable to check in your books during the time and date window provided, you can mail your books in at your own expense. They need to be dropped off at a mailing facility no later than May 15, 2024. Please click the button below to get instructions for mailing your books.

NO LATE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
